APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Wonderful ! You found a property to meet your needs. Complete the attached application and return it to the office for processing. It takes time to verify your information. All properties require a one (1) year lease.

A Complete Application Package Includes:

1) Copy of your Driver’s License*, 2) Copy of your Social Security Card* 3) Most Recent Pay Stub* 4) IF the property allows pet, attach a photo of your pet, its weight name and age. Pet deposit is $500 per pet. 5) A Complete Application will Include ALL addresses for the past seven (7) years, ALL financial obligations including: credit cards, student loans, car leases/loans, gym membership, and child support. Use an additional paper if necessary

*WE GLADLY PHOTOCOPY THESE ITEMS FOR YOU IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE.

ATTACH $30.00 CASH TO EACH APPLICATION.

WE CANNOT HOLD A PROPERTY. WE PROCESS APPLICATIONS ON A “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE” BASIS. WE APPROVE THE FIRST QUALIFIED APPLICANT WHO CAN START PAYING RENT. THE LONGEST WE WILL HOLD A PROPERTY VACANT IS SEVEN(7) DAYS. If your application is NOT processed, your money is returned to you. Once we process your application the processing fee is forfeit. YOU MAY HAVE A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT FOR AN ADDITIONAL $2.00 CHARGE.

Our Minimum Qualifications Are:

Clean Residential History Valid Social Security Number

Established Banking Clean Credit History (you MUST pay off

Valid Driver’s License or ID Delinquent & Collection Accounts

Verifiable Income

How do I financially qualify? Take the Rent + combine all household bills (credit cards, loans, car payment) x 2.5 = or be less than the household combined monthly (gross) income.

WE ACCEPT CASHIER’S CHECK, BANK DRAFT, OR MONEY ORDER FOR MOVE-IN.

To reserve the property of your choice you must sign a lease and post all funds.
